    What is Scan Right Guarantee?

    As hard as we try, there may be an instance when the item scans for a higher price than the one shown on the shelf tag. If this occurs, you will receive one like item FREE (excluding beer, wine and cigarettes) and any additional items at the reduced price.

    What is 200% Freshness Guarantee?

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the freshness or quality of any perishable or Lowes Foods private label product you purchase in our store, Lowes Foods will replace the item AND refund your money with a valid receipt.

    Can I return an item?

    If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return the merchandise within 60 days. Lowes Foods will, at our discretion, replace it or refund your money based on your method of payment and a valid receipt. Lowes Foods reserves the right to refuse or limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipt. Valid ID (state driver's license, state ID card, military ID and Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards loyalty card) may be required for returns.

    Why doesn't Lowes Foods have the same products in all stores?

    Our stores are not all the same size, so some stores are able to carry more products than others. We have also found that shoppers in different areas have different needs and wants. Our ads reflect those differences and are designed to accommodate the preferences of our guests.

    How do I request to have my Lowes Foods location carry a new product?

    You can speak to any member of management at the store or call our Guest Services at 888-537-8646.

    Why are some of my favorite items no longer available at my store?

    We do all we can to accommodate our guests' product needs. However, we are limited by store shelf space and product availability. Our stores are limited to approximately 35,000 items. With more than hundreds of thousands of items available to grocery stores, it is a difficult task to find the right mix.

    If an item you have purchased is no longer on the shelf, the reason may be due to slow movement, discontinuation by the manufacturer, temporary out of stock or moved to another area of the store. Whatever the reason, ask a member of our store team and they will assist you.

    What if an advertised item is not in stock when I shop?

    We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock at all times. Periodically, sale items will be out of stock during your shopping trip. If that is ever the case, ask a member of our guest service staff for a rain check. We will honor the sale price the next time you are in the store. An exception to this is any alcohol item. Altering the price of alcoholic beverages from the price that is established on the day it is sold is an ALE violation.

    How do you know how I like my fruits, veggies and meats?

    Your personal shopper takes great pride in selecting only the freshest, finest produce and meats available, and before you submit your order, you can include notes for any special requests (e.g., "I like my bananas really, really green." or "Please select the leanest pork chops possible."). What's more, your personal shopper will learn your preferences as he/she picks additional orders for you.

    Is Lowes Foods To Go more expensive than regular grocery shopping?

    No, it's not. While other companies often mark up their prices online, Lowes Foods To Go prices are always the same as in-store. And even when you consider the $4.95 personal shopping fee per order or the $99 annual membership (fee waived), Lowes Foods To Go makes it easy to remember all your items in fewer trips because your shopping lists are saved. Lowes Foods To Go also saves you valuable time to spend with family and friends, which is worth more than money!

    Will my order be fresh when I pick it up or get it delivered?

    We keep your groceries fresh until the moment you arrive or when they go out for delivery. Frozen items are kept in freezers, refrigerated items are kept in coolers, and hot/fresh items are packed right before we load them into your car or our delivery vehicle.

    Can I buy beer and wine online?

    You can buy any closed container beer and wine you like — we'll just need to see your ID for age verification when you pick up your order. In addition to a huge selection of wines and beers by the bottle or can, we've also got 32 or 64oz. growlers of craft brews from The Beer Den, which are filled fresh for your order. 

    Can I order catering through Lowes Foods To Go?

    Well of course you can! Just select any of the party trays and catering items available online, and pick up as you would any regular grocery order. See our Catering Menu to order!

    What is Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards?

    Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards is designed to provide rewards and benefits to our loyal guests. Fresh Rewards include: Instant rewards (discounts on thousands of items in our stores), gas rewards, digital rewards and special promotional rewards.  

    How do I enroll in Fresh Rewards?

    Please visit your Lowes Foods store to request an enrollment brochure and card to enroll, or you may enroll at our in-store kiosk or online at https://rewards.lowesfoods.com/.

    Can I add family members to my Fresh Rewards account?

    Yes. Please visit the Customer Service desk at your Lowes Foods store, the in-store enrollment kiosk, or the enrollment site at https://rewards.lowesfoods.com/ for instructions.

    What information do I have to provide to enroll in the Fresh Rewards program?

    The information requested in the enrollment process is designed to maximize the benefits that you will receive from the Fresh Rewards program. A valid email address is required in order to be eligible to earn rewards. Additionally, providing a phone number allows our cashiers to easily look up your Fresh Rewards account if you ever forget your card.

    Can I use my Fresh Rewards card at any Lowes Foods store?

    Yes. Fresh Rewards cards are accepted at any Lowes Foods store.

    Will I need to present my Fresh Rewards card at check-out to earn gas rewards?

    Yes, or you may ask the Lowes Foods host to look up your account using the phone number you provided at the time of enrollment.

    What are the terms and conditions of the Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards program?

    Do gas rewards expire?

    Gas rewards expire 30 days from the date they are printed for you at the store. You will see the expiration date on the coupon, so be sure to use it by that date.

    Do all of my purchases count toward my gas rewards?

    Most items count toward gas rewards. The following purchases are excluded: wine, beer, tobacco, prescriptions, fuel, taxes, services, Lowes Foods gift cards, open value cards and lottery tickets.

    How can I check my Fresh Rewards?

    Simply present your Fresh Rewards card to any Lowes Foods cashier and request your balance.

    I lost my Fresh Rewards card. What do I do?

    Please visit the Guest Services desk at your Lowes Foods store, and we will be happy to issue a new card and link it to your existing account.

    How do I stop receiving communications about Fresh Rewards?

    You may update your profile at an in-store kiosk or on our website at https://rewards.lowesfoods.com/.

    How do I change my email subscription status?

    You may update your profile at an in-store kiosk or on our website at https://rewards.lowesfoods.com/.

    How will you use my personal information?

    Your personal information will be used to be able to look up your account using your phone number and contact you by mail or email with special offers. Lowes Foods will not sell your personal information to any third party. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

    How do I receive special offers?

    Special offers will be sent by email. A valid email address is required in order to receive special offers.

    When I receive a special offer, how can I use it?

    Terms and conditions will be provided with each offer to indicate how and where it can be used.

    My friend received a special offer and I didn't. Why?

    Fresh Rewards is designed to provide special offers to members based on their shopping history and selected areas of interest. Use your Fresh Rewards card each time you shop and make sure that we have your correct email address.

  • Gas Rewards

    What is Speedy Rewards?

    Speedy Rewards is a program offered by Speedway that allows you to earn points every time you make a purchase, excluding restricted items. With your first purchase you will immediately start earning points towards free food and/or merchandise, as well as coupons for valuable savings, simply by using your Speedy Rewards card inside the store or at the pump. For more information about the Speedy Rewards program, visit our Gas Rewards page.

    How do I redeem Lowes Foods Gas Rewards?

    In order to redeem your Lowes Foods Gas Rewards at Speedway, you will need to link your Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards card with a Speedy Rewards card. Speedy Rewards cards are available at Lowes Foods stores or any Speedway location.

    How do I link my Speedy Rewards Card and my Lowes Foods Rewards card?

    You can link your Speedy Rewards and Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards card at the in-store kiosk at Lowes Foods, the Speedy Rewards terminal located inside participating Speedway locations, online here, or call Lowes Foods Guest Services at 888-537-8646. Your Speedy Rewards card must be registered with your first name, email address, and PIN before your cards can be linked.

    When linking cards how soon will my rewards load?

    Once you have linked your Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards card and your Speedy Rewards card, your Lowes Foods Gas Rewards will be available immediately for redemption.

     

    Is Speedy Rewards replacing Lowes Foods Gas Rewards?

    No, we are simply extending the locations where you can redeem Lowes Foods Gas Rewards. You will be able to earn Speedy Rewards points separately through purchases at Speedway.

     

    Can I use my Lowes Foods Gas Rewards at a station outside of North or South Carolina?

    One of the great benefits of Lowes Foods partnering with Speedway is once you link your Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards card and your Speedy Rewards card you can redeem at any Speedway location nationwide (excluding locations in New Jersey, Virginia, and Connecticut).

     

    How do I earn Lowes Foods Gas Rewards?

    You will continue to earn Lowes Foods Gas Rewards the same way you do today by shopping for groceries at Lowes Foods. Visit our Gas Rewards page for more information. 

     

    Do my purchases at Speedway combine with my Lowes Foods purchases to get to $100?

    No, these programs are separate. However when you purchase gas at Speedway and redeem Lowes Foods Gas Rewards, your fuel purchase will earn Speedy Rewards points.

     

    How do I redeem Gas Rewards at Lowes Foods fuel stations?

    The process to redeem your Lowes Foods Gas Rewards at Lowes Foods fuel stations remains the same. When redeeming, you will continue to use your wallet-sized Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards card.

    How do I apply for a position or find out what job opportunities are available at Lowes Foods?

    We begin accepting applications for new stores approximately 6 weeks before the grand opening through an employment center in the area. Please watch your local newspaper for locations and schedule.Or you can apply online. 

    How do I apply for a new store that is currently under construction?

    As we get close to opening a new store, we typically post advertisements online, via our Careers Page, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, in the local newspaper and street side signs at the new store.

    How long does it take to complete the job application?

    There are two parts to the application process: (1) the application itself and (2) a job "fit" assessment. The entire process takes approximately 10 minutes to complete (for first time applicants).

    Do you have to complete the application all at once or can you stop and finish later?

    If at any point during the application process you need to stop, you may save your information and come back later to complete. You must have your login ID and password to resume your application.

    What are the age requirements for working at Lowes Foods?

    Applicants must be at least 16 years old to work for Lowes Foods and at least 18 years old to work in the Deli, Bakery, and Meat department.

    What are the differences between Department Managers and Assistant or Co-Managers?

    DEPARTMENT MANAGER
    Department Managers are hourly management positions that supervise specific departments: Those departments are Produce, Meat, Deli, Bakery, Grocery, and Guest Services.

    ASSISTANT MANAGER
    Assistant Manager positions are hourly positions that oversee the daily operations of the Grocery and Dairy/Frozen departments. Assistant Managers are responsible for the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager and Co-Manager.

    CO-MANAGER
    Co-Manager positions are salaried store management positions that oversee the daily operations of either Perishables (Produce, Meat, Deli, and Bakery) or Non-Perishables (Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Guest Services). A Co-Manager is responsible for the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.

    How do I request a product donation?

    If you are requesting a product donation, please contact the Store Manager where you shop. All product donations are made through our stores. Find a store near you.

  • Non-Profit Fundraising

    What is Club Cash?

    Club Cash is the Lowes Foods Gift Card Fundraising Program. Club Cash enables nonprofit organizations to raise much needed funds by purchasing Lowes Foods gift cards at a discount and then selling them at face value.

    How do I get started?

    1. Choose a coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and distributing the gift cards. The coordinator will serve as the main contact between your organization and Lowes Foods.
    2. Fill out the Club Cash account application. Visit our Non-Profit Fundraising page for an application or call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056. Completed applications will be processed upon receipt.
    3. Start taking orders! Once you have an order of at least $500, you are eligible for the 6% discount.
    4. To place your order call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
    5. Submit payment for your order. Payment is due upon receipt of the gift cards. New accounts are required to submit payment for the first order prior to receiving the cards. Acceptable forms of payment are check or any major credit card.
    6. Receive your gift cards! Your gift card order will be sent to the address specified on the account application via USPS. Verify that your invoice is correct and call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056 to have the gift cards activated.
    7. Distribute the gift cards!
    8. Continue taking orders! Gift cards can be ordered year round. The more your organization orders, the more they earn!

    How do I receive the gift cards?

    Gift cards are mailed via USPS at no charge. Other shipping options are available at the customer's expense.

    When do I pay for the gift cards?

    Payment is due upon receipt of the gift cards. New accounts are required to submit payment for the first order prior to receiving the cards. Acceptable forms of payment are check or any major credit card. Please call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056 for more details.

    What denominations do the gift cards come in?

    Lowes Foods gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50, and $100 denominations. For more flexibility, we also offer an open-value card that can be loaded with any whole dollar amount from $5 to $900.

    How long does it take to process an order?

    All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.

    Will service fees be deducted from the gift cards?

    After 18 consecutive months of non-use, a service fee of $2.00 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance on the card until a zero balance is reached.

    What if I don't spend the entire amount of the gift card?

    You may use the amount remaining on the card the next time you shop at Lowes Foods. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no cash back will be given.

Simply enter your card number and click "CHECK BALANCE", your balance will be provided to you instantly. If you prefer to check your balance by phone, call Lowes Foods Guest Services toll free at 888-537-8646. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 2pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm.

    Can value be added to my Lowes Foods gift card?

    No, currently Lowes Foods gift cards are not reloadable. A new gift card will need to be purchased.

    Can I receive cash back for my gift card?

    No, you cannot receive cash back for your gift card. It can only be used to make purchases at Lowes Foods Stores or Lowes Foods fuel stations.

    What happens if I lose my Lowes Foods gift card?

    The Lowes Foods gift card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

    Can I return a Lowes Foods gift card?

    No, gift cards are non-refundable.

    What if my gift card is not working?

    Please speak to a Lowes Foods host in store if your card is not working. If the issue cannot be resolved in the store, please call 1-800-669-5693 ext. 53056 for assistance.

    Can I buy third-party gift cards?

    Lowes Foods is a great place for gifts! All Lowes Foods stores currently offer a selection of third-party gift cards, prepaid long distance phone cards, prepaid wireless phone cards, and prepaid wireless phones. All of these cards and products can only be purchased in the store.

    What denominations do the third-party gift cards come in?

    Each retailer determines the denominations available on the cards. They will vary by retailer.

    Can I check the balance of third-party cards at Lowes Foods?

    No. Please directly contact the retailer with questions regarding your gift card balance.

    Do the third-party cards have expiration dates or fees?

    The cards vary by retailer. You can find this information on the back of the individual cards or directly contact the retailer with questions regarding your gift card.
