We do all we can to accommodate our guests' product needs. However, we are limited by store shelf space and product availability. Our stores are limited to approximately 35,000 items. With more than hundreds of thousands of items available to grocery stores, it is a difficult task to find the right mix.
If an item you have purchased is no longer on the shelf, the reason may be due to slow movement, discontinuation by the manufacturer, temporary out of stock or moved to another area of the store. Whatever the reason, ask a member of our store team and they will assist you.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock at all times. Periodically, sale items will be out of stock during your shopping trip. If that is ever the case, ask a member of our guest service staff for a rain check. We will honor the sale price the next time you are in the store. An exception to this is any alcohol item. Altering the price of alcoholic beverages from the price that is established on the day it is sold is an ALE violation.

We keep your groceries fresh until the moment you arrive or when they go out for delivery. Frozen items are kept in freezers, refrigerated items are kept in coolers, and hot/fresh items are packed right before we load them into your car or our delivery vehicle.

Club Cash is the Lowes Foods Gift Card Fundraising Program. Club Cash enables nonprofit organizations to raise much needed funds by purchasing Lowes Foods gift cards at a discount and then selling them at face value.
1. Choose a coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and distributing the gift cards. The coordinator will serve as the main contact between your organization and Lowes Foods.
2. Fill out the Club Cash account application. Visit our Non-Profit Fundraising page for an application or call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056. Completed applications will be processed upon receipt.
3. Start taking orders! Once you have an order of at least $500, you are eligible for the 6% discount.
4. To place your order call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
5. Submit payment for your order. Payment is due upon receipt of the gift cards. New accounts are required to submit payment for the first order prior to receiving the cards. Acceptable forms of payment are check or any major credit card.
6. Receive your gift cards! Your gift card order will be sent to the address specified on the account application via USPS. Verify that your invoice is correct and call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056 to have the gift cards activated.
