Terms and Conditions:
By enrolling in and using the Fresh Rewards program, you hereby agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions listed herein and certify that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
Information required for enrollment in Fresh Rewards will be collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy located here.
The Fresh Rewards card and key fobs are issued by and remain the property of Lowes Foods, LLC. which reserves the right, at any time, without notice, to: (a) terminate the program; (b) decline to issue Fresh Rewards cards and key fobs (c) withdraw or cancel Fresh Rewards cards, key fobs or Fresh Rewards collected, or to alter or amend the Terms & Conditions of the Fresh Rewards program.
The Fresh Rewards card is not transferable and may only be used by members of the primary Fresh Rewards cardholder's immediate family, residing at the same address as the primary Fresh Rewards cardholder.
Fresh Rewards accounts may be closed at any time at the discretion of Lowes Foods, LLC.
Fresh Rewards cards are only for personal and consumer use for those ages sixteen (16) and up. Fresh Rewards cards and all offers provided to Fresh Rewards cardholders, may not be transferred, sold or traded. They may only be combined with member accounts with the same mailing address.
Fresh Rewards cards remain the responsibility of the Fresh Rewards cardholder. Lowes Foods, LLC is not responsible for lost cards, stolen cards, or redemption of offers resulting from a lost or stolen card.
The Gas Rewards program is offered as a benefit of the Fresh Rewards program and is subject to change at any time.
A valid email address is required in order to earn Gas Rewards. Lowes Foods, LLC reserves the right to revoke any Gas Rewards if, at any time, it is determined that a valid email address does not exist on an account.
To earn Gas Rewards in a transaction, a Fresh Rewards card or key fob must be presented at the checkout. The telephone number provided at enrollment may also be used at checkout in lieu of a card. If using a telephone number, the cashier will ask for a valid driver's license for the security of your Fresh Rewards account.
Gas Rewards earned on additional cards or key fobs linked to the primary cardholder's account will be credited to the primary account.
Gas Rewards may not be given for purchases of beer, wine, tobacco, fuel, services, Lowes Foods gift cards, open value cards, lottery tickets, or taxes.
Lowes Foods, LLC reserves the right to set limits on the amount of Gas Rewards which may be awarded to each Fresh Rewards account. Lowes Foods, LLC may, at any time, deduct Gas Rewards from an account if the qualifying products for which awards were issued are returned and a refund of the purchase price is given, or if the qualifying products are exchanged for non-qualifying products. If qualifying products are exchanged for products of a lower value, Lowes Foods, LLC. shall be entitled to reduce the Gas Rewards balance based upon the difference in price between the products.
Lowes Foods, LLC. may, from time to time, change the rate at which Gas Rewards are earned.
All Gas Rewards expire thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.
Fresh Rewards accounts in which Gas Rewards have not been earned for twelve consecutive months will be deemed inactive and the amount of qualifying purchases towards the next Gas Rewards may be reset to $0.00.
Gas Rewards are not transferable and the Fresh Rewards card associated with the household that earned the Gas Rewards must be presented at the time of redemption.
